SPONSOR: Guilin Zhishen Information Technology Co., Ltd.
ZHIYUN is a trademark of the Sponsor. The products involved in this Program are all ZHIYUN brand series, therefore the Sponsor is hereinafter referred to as ZHIYUN.
BOOSTER MEDIA
“Support Program for Global Filmmakers”
ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open to anyone who is 18 years of age or older, provided anyone under 18 may participate with the consent of their legal guardian. Employees of ZHIYUN, or its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Prize Donors are also not eligible to enter or win.
SPONSOR: The Program is sponsored and administered by ZHIYUN, 10th Floor, Building G2, Galaxy World, Yabao Road, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
PRIZE DONORS: The Program prizes will be provided by ZHIYUN and will include $1000 in cash, $800 - $1200 (estimated retail value) in gear (CRANE 3S/CRANE 2S/WEEBILL-S/Accessories) and long-term partnerships with the Donor - BoosterMedia . You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor. The Prize Donors are hereby completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Program.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PROGRAM PERIOD: The overall Program begins at 8:00am Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 9th, 2021 and ends on June 8th, 2021 at 11:59pm (PT), (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Program.
SUBMISSION RULES:
Step 1: Applicants fill in the application form
Step 2: ZHIYUN will select 10 PRELIMINARY candidates and provide product sponsorship for the short-listed candidates:
- One of ZHIYUN 3-Axis Stabilizer (Crane 2S/ Crane 3S/ WEEBILL-S)
- All ZHIYUN accessories at choice
Step 3: The candidates make a short promo video consisting of a 10-15s BTS part using ZHIYUN 3-axis stabilizer within 10 days (transportation time excluded)

Step 4: ZHIYUN&BoosterMedia together will select 5 Final candidates.
Submission Requirements: BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU AGREE THAT THE VIDEO (AND EACH INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PROMO VIDEO) COMPLIES WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE RULES. THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL BEAR NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR ENTRY OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF – INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PROMO VIDEO. THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY YOU IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT YOU HAVE DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THESE RULES AND/OR THE YOUTUBE RULES.
By participating in the Program, you hereby warrant and represent that any video(s)/links you submit:
- is original to you;
- is under 5 minutes in length；
- does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
- will not give rise to any claims whatsoever, including, without limitation, claims of infringement of any intellectual property rights, invasion of privacy or publicity, or infringe on any rights and/or interests of any third party;
- is not defamatory, trade libelous, pornographic or obscene, and further that it will not contain, depict, include, discuss or involve, without limitation, any of the following: explicit nudity; alcohol/drug consumption or smoking; explicit or graphic sexual activity, or sexual innuendo; crude, vulgar or offensive language and/or symbols; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, religious or other groups (including, without limitation, any competitors of Sponsor); personal information of individuals, including, without limitation, names, telephone numbers and addresses (physical or electronic); commercial messages, comparisons or solicitations for products or services other than products of Sponsor; any identifiable third party products, trade-marks, brands and/or logos, other than those of Sponsor); conduct or other activities in violation of these Rules; and/or any other comment that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
Sponsor’s Rights to films: By participating, you irrevocably grant Sponsor, its agents, licensees, and assigns the unconditional, fully paid, and perpetual (non-exclusive) license to publish, post, and display, your video(s), as-is, (with your name included to indicate video credit) on each licensees social media feeds and blog, and other forms of marketing materials relating to the program, without approval from you or any other party or any additional consideration.
Selection of Finalists: By May 8th, 2021, The Sponsor will review all eligible forms submitted, and select 10 for preliminary selection and ship the product to them. By June 8th ,2021, the sponsor & donor will select 5 finalist winners, based on the following criteria:
- Originality / Creativity
- Direction / Cinematography
- Production Value
- Audio / Music
- Performance
- Color Grading / Editing
Prizes:
Each preliminary candidates will receive prizes including, but not limited to:
- One of ZHIYUN 3-Axis Stabilizer (Crane 2S/ Crane 3S/ WEEBILL-S)
- All ZHIYUN accessories at choice
For the top 5 finalist candidates:
Top 1: a) $1,000 bonus; b) Recommended by ZHIYUN thru all its social medias; c) Establish long-term business partnership with Booster Media
Top 2&3: a) Recommended by ZHIYUN thru all its social medias; b) Establish long-term business partnership with Booster Media
Top 4&5: a) Recommended by ZHIYUN thru all its social medias; b) Put an recommendation list for BoosterMedia
GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Program is impaired in any way, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Program to address the impairment and then resume the Program in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Program, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, the authorized account holder of the twitter account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Program, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Prize Donors, and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Program or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Program; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) any errors on the YouTube platform; (d) printing errors; (e) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (f) errors in the administration of the Program or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Program or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Program, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
DISPUTES: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Program or any prize awarded shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China（but excluding laws of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan), without reference to conflicts of law principles. A dispute, if unable to be solved through friendly negotiation, shall be firstly arbitrated with Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration（SCIA） in accordance with its arbitration rules and procedure in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
The final interpretation right of this program belongs to ZHIYUN.
